In Africa, 60% of young people face significant financial barriers to accessing tertiary and professional education. This challenge disproportionately affects girls, individuals with disabilities, and those from low-income backgrounds. Additionally, many junior high graduates and students, particularly girls, remain unaware of the expanding opportunities in the fast-growing field of information technology, missing out on potential career paths to empowerment and advancement.

Bringing out the talent within young girls through IT Training

At IT for Youth Ghana, we are dedicated to turning these challenges into opportunities through digital skill training and technology empowerment outreach. We provide affordable, accessible IT training specifically designed to bridge the gap for these underrepresented groups. Our programs target senior high school graduates who are hindered by financial constraints and junior high graduates waiting to advance their education. We focus on demystifying the technology sector, particularly for girls and people with disabilities, ensuring they are informed and equipped to seize opportunities in Information Technology.
