Program Lead

Mr. Peter Duodu serves as the dynamic Project Lead of IT For Youth Ghana, championing the organization’s mission to empower Ghanaian youth with high-quality digital education and life-changing training programs. His leadership is pivotal in driving initiatives that bridge the digital divide, especially for underserved young girls and boys.

Peter’s academic and professional accomplishments reflect his commitment to excellence and innovation. He holds an MPhil in Accounting and a BSc in Administration from the University of Ghana, demonstrating his deep understanding of financial and administrative systems. As a Chartered Accountant, he brings expertise in financial management, governance, and strategic planning to the organization. Complementing his finance background, Peter is a skilled systems and network administrator, making him uniquely qualified to integrate technology into impactful programs.

Under Peter’s visionary leadership, IT For Youth Ghana has made significant strides in promoting digital inclusion, fostering innovation, and equipping young people with the skills to thrive in today’s tech-driven economy. Mr Frank Avevor
Project Development Coordinator

As the Project Development Coordinator of IT For Youth Ghana, Frank Avevor is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and community transformation. His efforts are integral to driving the foundation’s mission of equipping young people with technology and education skills to thrive in today’s fast-evolving digital economy.

Frank brings an exceptional blend of professional expertise and visionary leadership to his role. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Education and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance, he has developed a strong foundation in financial management and organizational strategy. Over his 8-year tenure as a Senior Accountant at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, Frank has demonstrated excellence in financial planning, resource allocation, and team leadership.

Beyond his role in public health finance, Frank’s entrepreneurial ventures highlight his dynamic approach to innovation and problem-solving. As the co-founder of Lernexe, an AI-driven platform revolutionizing education, he exemplifies the transformative potential of technology in learning. His investments in real estate and the construction sector further showcase his diverse business acumen and commitment to sustainable development.

He has been instrumental in designing and implementing impactful programs while securing funding for the organization’s initiatives. Mrs Esther Afua Adjei
Media and Corporate Coordinator

As the Media and Corporate Coordinator for IT For Youth Ghana Foundation, Mrs. Esther Efua Adjei exemplifies the power of cross-disciplinary expertise to drive community-focused initiatives. With a distinguished career as the Regional Health Promotion Manager at the Greater Accra Regional Health Directorate under the Ghana Health Service, Esther brings a wealth of knowledge in public health and advocacy. Her work in health promotion reflects her deep commitment to improving the well-being of underserved communities, aligning seamlessly with the foundation’s mission to empower youth through education and technology.

Esther’s leadership extends beyond her professional duties. She serves as the Evangelism Coordinator for the Young Adult Fellowship at the God’s Love Congregation of the Presbyterian Church, where her community outreach initiatives and mentorship activities have left a lasting impact. Her role in fostering personal growth and spiritual development demonstrates her dedication to holistic empowerment.
