We are looking for experienced and passionate Coding/Programming Moderators to join our team and support our educational initiatives.
Job Summary
As a Coding/Programming Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining an engaging, respectful, and productive learning environment within our coding and programming sessions. You will be responsible for overseeing class sessions, ensuring participants adhere to guidelines, providing technical assistance, and facilitating meaningful discussions among learners. You will also work closely with supervisors to ensure the sessions run smoothly and students stay motivated to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate coding and programming sessions, ensuring a safe, respectful, and constructive environment for all participants.
- Monitor chat and discussion forums to provide real-time support, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Assist in reviewing participants' code submissions, providing feedback, and guiding learners through problem-solving techniques.
- Encourage active participation and maintain a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Assist with technical issues that may arise during the sessions.
- Help organize learning resources and keep track of student progress.

Report any behavioral or technical issues to the management team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, HTML/CSS, etc.).
- Experience with code review and debugging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex coding concepts in a clear and supportive manner.
- Prior experience moderating coding sessions, teaching, or tutoring is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and a passion for mentoring and helping students grow.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Classroom, etc.).
Location:
We are recruiting for our training centers around all the 16 regions. Moderators will be required to teach at ICT centers close their location.
