To support our expanding initiatives, we are seeking passionate and driven Fundraisers to help us generate financial support for our educational programs, outreach activities, and community development projects.
Job Summary
As a Fundraiser, you will play a critical role in generating financial resources to support our organization’s mission. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners. Your creativity and communication skills will be key to organizing fundraising campaigns, events, and donor outreach. You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to meet fundraising goals and create impactful connections with stakeholders invested in education and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations and sponsorships from individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Identify and engage potential donors through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors, ensuring effective communication and stewardship.
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events (both virtual and in-person) to raise awareness and funds for our programs.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and applications for funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring that goals and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of donations, donor communications, and fundraising activities using CRM or fundraising software.

Provide donors with timely follow-ups and acknowledgments, expressing gratitude and sharing impact reports.
Key Qualities:
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and partners.
- Experience in organizing fundraising campaigns, events, or community outreach programs.
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and experience in grant writing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for education, technology, and community development.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
